I'm Brian Aguilar, a photographer from Queens, New York. I picked up a camera in high school and never really put it down. For me, photography has always been the most honest way to express how I see the world — the light, the chaos, the quiet moments in between.

Over the years I've explored a range of styles, but my heart keeps pulling me toward street photography, portraits, and events. I'm drawn to genuine moments — the ones that aren't rehearsed, the ones that carry weight precisely because they weren't meant to last.

When I'm not behind the lens, I work as a software engineer. The two worlds are more connected than they seem — both ask you to pay close attention, to find elegance in complexity, and to create something meaningful from nothing. Photography just happens to be where I feel most like myself.
